How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired products, adding them to your cart, and proceeding through our secure checkout process. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our customer service immediately at support@elitegermanparts.com or call +86 185 8189 124. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window as we process orders quickly.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Where do you ship?
We deliver to most of the United States. International shipping is available to select countries - contact us for details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times:

International orders:
- Cost: The transportation time is subject to the shipping standards of the Chinese warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping is available to continental U.S. addresses.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through our website using your order number and email address.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via FedEx,UPS, POST and DHL depending on package size and destination. Carrier selection is automatic based on best rates and delivery times.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
How do I process a return?
- Contact our returns department at support@elitegermanparts.com for a Return Authorization Number
- Package the item securely with the RA# clearly visible
- Ship to our returns center (address provided with RA#)
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
What is your warranty policy?
Most products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Performance parts typically have a 90-day warranty. Warranty details are included with each product. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@elitegermanparts.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and may request return of the damaged item.
