Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

Return Policy

Timeframe

  • 14-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. No returns/exchanges permitted after this period.

  • Customized Products: Non-returnable.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns must use the official return address provided by us.

Process

  1. Contact customer service at support@elitegermanparts.com to request a return address.

  2. Sign the inspection form upon return delivery.

  3. Report damages within 24 hours of signing. After this period, the product is assumed to be in good condition.

Cost Responsibilities

  • Customers cover round-trip shipping costs for non-defective returns.

  • Non-U.S. Customers: Must pay international shipping fees to return items to China (may be expensive).

 

Refund Rules

Full Refunds

  • Issued if the return meets all eligibility criteria and is approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

  • Granted if:

    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (not due to our error).

    • The return is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.

Exclusions

  • Sale/Discounted Items: Non-refundable.

  • Refund status is emailed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Gifts Shipped Directly to Recipient: A gift credit will be issued after the return is received.

  • Non-Direct Gifts: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser (gift giver).

 

Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers bear return shipping costs unless it is our fault.

  • High-Value Items (>$75): Use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

  • China-Direct Shipments: Confirm product compatibility before ordering, as returns to China incur high shipping fees.

 

NOTICE
