US orders

Delivery range: 23 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, etc.).

Delivery method: FedEx/UPS/POST/DHL free delivery, no PO boxes.

Time limit: depends on the region.

Free shipping within the continental US!

International orders

Cost: Shipping + tariffs are calculated separately, please contact customer service for confirmationThe transportation time is subject to the shipping standards of the Chinese warehouse.

Logistics: FedEx/UPS/POST/DHL, etc.

 

Shipping time

Standard products

  • Shipment from US warehouse: shipped on the second working day after order confirmation, and delivered in 2-5 working days.
  • Shipment from China warehouse: shipped 2-5 working days after order confirmation, and expected to be delivered in 7-10 working days.
  • International orders: The time limit refers to the China warehouse standard, and the specific details need to be confirmed with customer service.

Special products

  • Large items (such as bumpers): only support sea transportation, and the transportation cycle is about 25-45 days.
  • Customized carbon fiber products:

    Production cycle: need to be confirmed after purchase.

    Transportation method: choose air transportation (total cycle 10-15 days) or sea transportation (total cycle 25-35 days) according to size.

Pre-sale/out-of-stock products

Shipment in batches: Inventory products are shipped first, and pre-sale products are reissued immediately after arrival.

Force majeure factors

Holidays, natural disasters, epidemics, etc. may cause logistics delays, and we do not promise time limit.

 

Order Modification and Address Change 

Order Modification

Only supports modification before the order enters the delivery process. Please contact customer service within 24 hours after placing the order.

Address Error Handling

Buyers must ensure that the address is accurate. If you need to modify it, please email support@elitegermanparts.com immediately (the processing window period is shorter).

 

Logistics Tracking

Within 1-3 working days after shipment, you will receive a confirmation email/text message with the logistics order number and tracking link.

Query method: through the "Logistics Tracking" page of the official website or the official website of the carrier (FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS).

 

Disclaimer

The buyer is responsible for any package loss/return due to incorrect address or buyer's failure to provide correction information in time.

No compensation will be provided for delays caused by force majeure (such as customs delays, extreme weather).
